Coolroom
This Coolroom keeps betwwen 0°C and 5°C. Constructed from well-insulated panels with coated metal sheeting that can be cleaned easily and prevent spillages, pests, mould and bacteria penetrating. Floors must be insulated and sealed. The cooling unit is inside the coolroom, with a fan rotating the cold air to ensure an even temperature. The motor is attached externally. An adjustable thermostat regulates and controls the internal temperature. An external temperature disply is required which may include an alarm which sounds when the temperature moves into the danger zone. Adequate lighting must be provided to allow visual inspection and a safe environment. Keep the door properly closed when not storing or removing goods.
