Electric Stove
An electric stove or electric range is a stove that converts electrical energy into heat to cook and bake. Electric stoves became popular as replacements for solid-fuel stoves which required more labor to operate and maintain. Equipment and power costs can be higher with electric stovetops as they are kept partly heated throughout the shift, as it takes too long for them to reach maximum heat.
