Slicer
Slicers are different size and it is used for slice fruits and vegetables and meat. Slice thickness can be adjusted for different items. The food is placed on the slicer table, held by a spiked cutting guard. A deflector guides the food item from the rotating blade onto the receiving tray. Slicers come with sharpening attachments.
