An innovative piece of equipment that combines several different tools into 1 machine. It has a motor which drives a blade inside a mixing bowl, as well as in built scales to weigh ingredients as they are added to the bowl. A heating elelment allows the temperature to be set for uses such as boiling and simmering soups and melting chocolate. While the bowl can only hold 2L, its speed, versatility and durability make it very useful for small to medium-sized restaurants.
