Smoker bags are a great way to smoke
vegetables (or any food) using a covered
grill or a conventional
oven. No need to soak wood chips, fight billowing clouds of smoke or have a lingering smoke aroma. The bags contain alder wood chips and come in light, medium and strong smoke levels.
